First Nations Post-Secondary Education Review: Institutions Costing

In 2018 Medow Consulting developed a report on the funding needed to operate First Nations Post-Secondary Institutions for the Assembly of First Nations (AFN): First Nations Post-Secondary Review: Institutions Costing. The goal of this project was to develop costing models that would support the development, operation, and growth of First Nations postsecondary institutions. This includes start up costs, core costs (operation and maintenance), governance and administration, program development and program delivery, research and data collection, student services, language and culture cost, and capital and infrastructure.

The report was used in an AFN-federal government table on federal First Nations post-secondary education funding programs: The First Nations Post-Secondary Education Review.
