In 2018-19, Medow Consulting completed a strategic review for United Way of Greater Toronto focused on how its Youth Success Strategy could better support youth with disabilities to access employment. Leveraging a literature review, labour market analysis, stakeholder interviews, and youth-led engagement tables, the review proposed targeted interventions designed to better support youth with disabilities on pathways to employment.
