Jon is the founder of Medow Consulting, bringing a multi-dimensional perspective to the practice based on 16 years of analysis, engagement, and strategy experience on the political and bureaucratic sides of government, in the think tank and non-profit sectors, and in public policy consulting.

Stephanie is an experienced leader who works at the crossroads of research, policy, strategy and communications to turn evidence into impact. She has over a decade of experience identifying key social issues and working on inclusive social policies and cross-sectoral solutions to address them.

Sara has eight years of experience working in policy and research roles in the Ontario and federal governments and at the Mowat Centre, an Ontario-based think tank. She previously worked as a journalist focused on regulatory and policy issues in Washington D.C.

Rachelle is an experienced bilingual policy analyst who has worked with non-profit and academic organizations. She has nearly a decade of experience developing effective solutions to complex public policy challenges.

James is an experienced researcher and policy analyst with diverse international experience in academia and public affairs. Before joining Medow Consulting, James worked with a range of cross-sectoral stakeholders as a research analyst focused on economic affairs at the Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto.
