In 2020, Medow Consulting developed this policy paper, Integrating Newcomers in Ontario’s Economy: A Strategy for Professionally Skilled Immigrant Success, for the Ontario 360 Project at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. It explores the progress that has been made in integrating newcomers into the economy, the barriers that remain to full economic integration, and a strategy to better integrate newcomers into the provincial economy in a way that can expand opportunity for Ontario’s professionally skilled immigrant population.
