  • Higher Education Systems Change: HEI Governance Reform in Portugal and Institutional Landscape Rationalisation in Finland

  • Improving Higher Education in Slovakia: Comparative Performance Measurement Review

  • Support for the Digital Transformation of Hungarian Higher Education: Data Collection Systems and Quality Assurance Frameworks

Findings from these Medow Consulting background papers were integrated into final higher education country reviews for Hungary and the Slovak Republic supported by the European Commission, “Supporting the Digital Transformation of Higher Education in Hungary” and “Improving Higher Education in the Slovak Republic”.
