Sara Ditta - Senior Research Associate

Since joining Medow Consulting in 2020, Sara has led development of several high-impact research reports on topics including child care, immigration and innovation. Sara previously worked in policy and research roles at the federal and provincial levels of government as well as at the Mowat Centre, a public policy think tank, where she led several evidence-based research projects.

Sara has more than a decade of experience conducting robust public policy research and analysis. Before that, she worked as a journalist in Washington, D.C. Over the course of her career, Sara has built a strong professional skillset with a background combining research, analysis and communications. She has a strong record of translating complex policy concepts into plain language and producing reports with innovative solutions and actionable recommendations.
